New Central Heating Grant

You Don’t Need To Be On Benefits!.

Grants are available to all tenure types who do not have a central heating system present in the property. To be eligible to receive a heating grant to cover some/all of the cost of having a central heating system installed, you or someone living in the property must be the homeowner and be in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits.

Once we have confirmed that you are eligible to receive the grant, one of our Gas Safe registered surveyors will come to the property to carry out a free no obligation survey to enable us to work out how much you will need to pay for your new central heating system.

Based on current prices, the average cost of having a central heating system installed privately is approximately £3,500, however, taking advantage of a heating grant can save you a considerable amount of money.

Once your new central heating system has been fitted, you can sit back and enjoy your new warm home with the benefit of lower energy bills as a result of your A-rated efficiency boiler.

All of our boilers come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty for extra peace of mind.

Benefits Of Central Heating Boilers

How expensive is gas central heating?

Gas central heating is much cheaper and more cost-effective when compared to other heating solutions like oil or electrical. The energy efficiency of a modern condensing boiler is the reason why they are less expensive as you get a good return on every unit of energy that you use. Which? Estimates that the average home will spend £609 a year on heating and hot water using gas whereas electric heating can cost as much as £2053 annually.

Central heating systems are known to help prevent various health problems such as hypothermia, Asthma, bronchitis, heart attacks and strokes. Central heating also protects your health, household & belongings by reducing condensation and mould growth which are normally a big problem with storage heaters

How efficient is gas central heating?

Modern condensing boilers are roughly 90% energy efficient which means less energy is wasted and means you save money on your energy bills. There is also much more control over the amount of heating you want. With Thermostatic Radiator Control Valves (TRVs) fitted to your radiators, you can control the flow of hot water depending on the temperature of the room allowing for precise heating controls.
